Designed as the perfect breakfast companion, Beer Geek Breakfast Stout is one of the best stouts in the world. Period. Loaded with smooth coffee flavors, it's heavily roasted while maintaining a gentle sweetness and rich body. This was not an easy beer for Mikkeller to design. Luckily, it's now easy to brew.

The Brooklyn Brew Shop Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast Stout home brew kit includes: Gallon Glass Fermenter, Airlock, Tubing, Thermometer, Tubing Clamp, Packet of Sanitiser, Stopper, Blowoff Attachment, All Grain Mix, Hops and Yeast.

Approx. 7.5% ABV when brewed

To make the beer you will also need: two large stock pots – one that holds approximately 4 litres, and another that holds approximately 6 litres – a funnel, a fine mesh strainer, ice, and something to bottle the beer in. You can reuse swing-top bottles, or even empty jam jars! Coffee is optional (not included but nice).
