Shipping & Delivery

We don't like waiting anymore than you do! With that in mind, we aim to dispatch your items from our store within one working day.

Standard Delivery is just £1.99 regardless of weight and the number of items you order. Depending on the location, First Class delivery may also be available.

Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and those covered by the BFPO Service.

The majority of orders sent by Standard Delivery usually take 2 to 5 working days to arrive; personalised items and deliveries to certain areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail, myHermes or DPD Courier Services.



Returns & Replacements

We hope you are delighted with your items. However, if you're not for any reason we offer a 21 day exchange or refund returns guarantee. We are unable to accept returns for: personalised items, perishable goods, subscriptions or any item not returned to us in a sellable condition with its original packaging.

Please note: We are unable to refund the cost of returning your items to us unless they are faulty or not as described.

We will carry out any refund by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

When returning your items, please ensure you follow our returns process. We are unable to process any claim unless these conditions have been met.

2: Please ensure any goods you wish to return are securely wrapped and that you let us know in advance that you are returning them. You can do this by emailing us at customercare@sendit.co.uk .

3: Please obtain a proof of posting receipt. This is your proof of return and must be provided if the item you are returning fails to arrive at our returns address.

4: Please allow up to 14 working days for the goods to be returned and for us to process your return. We can only refund against the original payment method.



Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Your rights as a cardholder are governed solely by your card issuer agreement. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Based on the type of card you are using for payment, you may be asked to enter further details to enhance the security of the transaction. This request for information comes directly from your card issuer and relates to a password that identifies you as the authorised user of the card. If you do not have a password, you can usually set one up during the transaction process.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted.

Many promotional offers will be automatically applied for you during 'Checkout', but some require you to enter a promotion code at 'Checkout'. If you have a valid promotional code, simply enter it when prompted during the checkout process and it will be applied to your order. If the code does not work, it may have been entered incorrectly, or it may have expired.

Promotional Discount Codes Terms & Conditions:

Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

Discounts are subject to stock availability. No cash alternative available.

Some promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers; please refer to the specific promotion for any restrictions.

Prices exclude postage and handling. Discounts and savings refer to savings against the most recent selling price.

Prices and information are correct at the time of sending the code and are subject to change without notice.

Sendit.co.uk reserves the right to change, amend or discontinue a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.



Viewing Orders

Within Your Account you will be able to update your profile and track orders.

To View an Order

Go to 'Your Account' and sign in using your registered email address and password, from the menu on the left hand side click 'View Order History' in the 'Order Information' section. You will be taken to a list of all your orders and you should then click on the 'View Order' button under the order you wish to track.

You can make any changes to your order, provided that it has not entered the despatch process. If the order has already been processed you are still able to return your items to us for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information on how to return your items to us.

Your order is assigned a status designed to indicate the progress of an order/item. The different order statuses are:

In Progress: your order is with our warehouse and is being processed.

Ready for Delivery: the goods in your order that show this status have entered the despatch process. Items that show this status cannot be cancelled or amended.

Dispatched: this status indicates that the goods have been despatched. You can view more information about how and when the goods were despatched by clicking on the 'Track an order' link in Your Account.

Backordered: this status will appear if the item is a pre-order and is not yet available to despatch or if the item is temporarily out of stock.

Cancelled: items that show this status have been cancelled. You will not be charged for items that display this status.

Returned: this indicates that the item has been returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the cost of this item subject to the terms of our Returns Policy.



Updating Account Information

Update Name, Email or Password

From 'Your Account', click on the link to 'Account Profile'. From here you can update your personal details, email address and password.

Editing, Adding or Deleting Addresses

Every time you purchase an item the billing and shipping address for that order will be stored in your 'Address Book', located within 'Your Account'. All registered users can store multiple unique addresses and if you would like to edit, add or delete one of those addresses, simply go to 'Your Account', click on the link to your 'Address Book' and use the links to edit or delete.

Add or Removing Yourself from our Email List
