One gallon refill or additional mix pack for any Brooklyn Brew Shop Beer Making Kit.

Who doesn't love the vanilla and char notes bourbon gets from aging in oak barrels? To mimic that effect on the stove-top we soak oak chips in bourbon overnight - then add them to the boil. The result: a 7% ABV light caramel Belgian dubbel with a bourbon kick.

• One gallon (approx. 3.8 litres) refill or additional ingredient mix pack for beer making kits

• Includes all grain mix, hops, yeast, Belgian candi sugar and toasted oak chips. Sanitiser sold separately

• Note: soaking oak chips in bourbon is optional, but nice. Bourbon not included.

• Belgian Malt, Smoky Vanilla, Charred Oak, and Bourbon Kick. Approx. 5% ABV once brewed
